Love the concept of the crossover
Pros: I love the color. I received many compliments. I like the way there are many options to wear the bag. I also like that I can secure my 20 or 30 oz cups with handles. The zipper pouch is a good size. Held my iPhone 14 max and had room for small stuff.
Cons: the strap for the cup when a drink is added stretches and does not hold very well. When the cup has a drink , it pulls and have to keep re adjusting the strap. Kinda difficult to remove cup. Not impossible but annoying.
Overall I like the bag I just need to find a way for the strap to quit slipping.
