Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are anywhere between $3.95-$14.95 (flat shipping rate depending on weight) for domestic and between $14.95-$19.95 (flat shipping rate depending on weight) for international.

When available, expedited shipping can be selected during checkout + will be included in final purchase cost. International shipping does not include duties or taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.

We strive to ship all orders placed before 12:00PM (MST) within 2 business days, regardless of shipping speed selected, unless the item on pre-order. If one or more of the items in your order is on pre-order, shipment will only begin once all items  are available. 

Important: Processing times do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Made To Order Products: Some of our products are made to order, this means we make them only after a customer has placed an order for them. Our “made to order products” are the following:

  • Shirts (other clothing items such as hoodies, sweaters, onesies etc)
  • Phone Cases
  • Accessory Bags
  • Tote Bags
  • Drawstring Bags
  • Blankets (Except the burrito blanket)
  • Coffee Mugs
  • Posters
  • Stuffed Pillows (except for Paleta Payaso Stuffed Pillow)

These products ship out after our “crafting period” of 5-10 business days. All orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays. Our crafting period allows us to provide consistency and quality to all of our products. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

We strongly encourage you to double-check your shipping address prior to placing your order. Keep in mind that we're not liable for incorrectly entered addresses. If you want to change your shipping address, kindly get in touch with us immediately as our orders are automatically processed or placed in production.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. If your order process has begun, or your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to make any adjustments to your order. Expect a shipping confirmation email, which includes your  tracking info, once your order has been shipped.
